Each payment or deposit is confirmed by Chora Travel This confirmation ensures that the package or service. Each person making a reservation for this type of travel is known with certainty that all the terms and conditions.

Tip and Taxes: Tips to guides, drivers, hotel staff, etc. are not included in the package costs and are at your own discretion. If not specifically listed as included features, additional taxes, security charges or any other type of fees collected by governments, entrance fees to museums, airports, airlines, etc. are below your own responsibility.

It is not included in the price: There are some important elements not included in the price;

Laundry service, drinks, alcoholic or not, items of a personal nature, airport departure tax and room service charges items that are not in the parts of the menus reserved for passengers any other item that is not specified in the cost of the package includes section.

Cancelation conditions:

Reservations can only be canceled by written notification sent by email or certified mail to Chora Travel. If written notification is received prior to the arrival date/travel start date, Chora Travel will accept such cancellation under the following conditions:

For any reason of cancellation of 25% without refund of the total amount. (There is no return %25)

-30-15 Arrival of the days before, 25% non-refund of the total amount (There is no return of %25)

– Less than 7 days or if you do not show up, no refund is provided and %100 payment for the tour.

About payment methods:

To reserve your vacation, you must pay at least 25 percent of the amount and the rest can be paid in cash or by credit card upon arrival in Istanbul. You can make the payment by credit card or bank transfer.
